STUNNING misinformation about COVID coming from the Supreme Court
And an alarming statistic that should be raising more eyebrows
There's a lot of misinformation about COVID going around, and it's coming from some surprising sources. This blog post will take a look at some of the most stunning examples of misinformation about COVID that have come from the Supreme Court. Stay tuned for some truly shocking revelations!
While the mass formation psychosis of COVID panic porn warps people's minds, they have missed the glaringly obvious truth that God has blessed us with. Researchers at Washington University now expect the new variant to produce a 99% reduction in deaths than Delta. While the research is still somewhat early, it's excellent news for those looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. If these models hold, the infection fatality rate (IFR) for Omicron will hold at around 0.07 percent, in the ballpark of the IFR for the standard seasonal flu.
Omicron's mortality rate is far lower than Delta's, and hospitalizations are also drastically reduced. According to statistics from South Africa, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Norway, case hospitalization rates were down 90-96% with Omicron versus Delta.
As of Friday evening, Covid-19 cases have exploded to a new record high, reaching 663,700 on the seven-day average. Cases are BOOMING. The house of cards is about to come crashing down. The lies cannot sustain with Omicron.
You can already hear them starting to sound like COVID-skeptics. Even the director of the CDC was recently downplaying the children's hospitalizations as cases of the most benign variant engulfed the nation.
"Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky on Friday noted a rise in hospitalizations among children. She said some of the children were asymptomatic and tested positive after coming to hospitals for something else."
Well, well, well, would you look at that? Where were these kinds of statements for the past 24 months about asymptomatic cases and other-than-COVID-but-tested-positive hospitalizations? Indeed, those two categories existed before this week's surge in COVID cases.
On a related note, children were the subject of conversation during oral arguments at the Supreme Court this week as freedom hangs in the balance on the issue of nationwide vaccination mandates. Justice Sotomayor claimed that Covid-19 is a "grave risk" for people regardless of age. Taking further steps into the realm of misinformation, she also claimed that "over 100,000" children are in "serious condition" with Covid-19, a claim that was immediately fact-checked even by the left-leaning allies over at The Washington Post.
Unfortunately, misinformation did not stop there. Kagan employed the debunked assertion that vaccines prevent spread. Breyer added his voice to those who are concerned about employees who have been vaccinated but are required to work next to an unvaccinated coworker because they may catch the disease.
You would think that a person distinguished enough to earn a seat on our nation's highest court would have the basic skills in critical thinking to understand the flaw in their review. If nothing else, you would think they would listen to the official position of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Vaccines do not stop the transmission of COVID.
While some lies continue to spread, others are finally dying their well-earned death, albeit an end that serves as fresh soil for new lies to be planted. ABC 11 recently cited researchers from Yale and Stanford that cloth face masks are not as effective as N95 masks. They conveniently failed to mention the 2020 study out of Denmark that showed only a 0.3% reduction in infections in communities that masked up (regardless of mask type). It was and still is the largest randomized controlled trial on the subject of mask efficacy and Covid-19, the gold standard for this type of research. Keep this study bookmarked as it has been memory-holed for nearly a year and a half at this point.
Other ominous indications may be found beneath the COVID pileup's surface. In a normal society, people would be asking key questions about this statistic. I had to take a second look at this when I initially read it. The CEO of an Indiana-based insurance firm exposed the mind-boggling 40 percent mortality increase in 2021 among the 18-64 demographic compared to pre-pandemic levels.
You may be thinking, "damn, COVID has been more brutal than I thought!"
The CEO clarified that the deaths are not classified as Covid-19 deaths - he would know, as he's the one handling all of these claims. The increase in excess deaths comes from people who would ordinarily be considered semi-healthy working adults.
This is an uncommon phenomenon. Deaths do not typically increase by 40% in one year among healthy adults. It does not happen. The CEO said a 10% increase would be "unprecedented, once-in-a-200-year event." We are seeing a phenomenon that adds four times to those numbers.
What changed in 2021 that could have led to such a spike? What health measures were not in place in 2019-2020 but are now implemented on a massive scale? If we believe this insurance company's data, we cannot attribute these deaths to COVID. Either many healthy adults suddenly got the urge to kick their oxygen habits, or there's something more to this story.
If you're like me, the Supreme Court hearings this week left you feeling frustrated and helpless. I don't know about you but between all of these deaths that are occurring for reasons other than COVID in 2021, it's hard to believe anything anymore. We can hope that things will change soon or we'll be living in a dystopian nightmare world where everyone is dying from something else while the government makes money off our demise. But until then... please subscribe to my blog so I can keep trying to give voice to your frustration with what's happening around us right now.
