The Covid Data Shell Game
The New York Times reported what we already knew this past weekend - the CDC is hiding the bulk of its Covid data. Due to a lack of transparency, data analysts looking to find truth in Covid numbers have had to venture outside of the supposed land of the free. Not all countries have the same level of transparency, especially with vaccine data.
"For more than a year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has collected data on hospitalizations for Covid-19 in the United States and broken it down by age, race, and vaccination status. But it has not made most of the information public."
"Two full years into the pandemic, the agency leading the country's response to the public health emergency has published only a tiny fraction of the data it has collected, several people familiar with the data said."
Why the opaqueness? Get a load of this response from Kristen Nordlund, the spokeswoman for the CDC.
"Because basically, at the end of the day, it's not yet ready for prime time." She said the agency's "priority when gathering any data is to ensure that it's accurate and actionable."
She continued.
"Another reason is fear that the information might be misinterpreted."
You are not worthy of seeing the information because you may misinterpret it. It's not ready for you to see. The CDC would prefer you see the information only once it's irrelevant to your day-to-day life. This sure sounds a lot like the FDA asking for 75 years to release Pfizer vaccine documents.
Hiding information is becoming the standard rather than an exception to the rule. Information leads to accountability. Over two years into this mess, we still have yet to see any level of interest to get to the bottom of Covid's origins, with the rare exception of a people like Rand Paul and the Department of Defense whistleblower. Despite mounting evidence that the virus is not organic, our government has practically zero interest in getting answers.
Whether it's hiding data, changing guidance as the wind blows, or extending Covidstan in perpetuity, the CDC and other government agencies have no intention to be open with you about what happened to your country and way of life.
When the CDC moved the goalposts by cutting the quarantine timeline from 10-days to five, Director Rochelle Walensky spilled the beans.
"[The decision] really had a lot to do with what we thought people would be able to tolerate," the director said in a CNN interview.
Political winds play a significant role in the guidance, if not the chief role. Now we are supposed to trust political actors as they openly admit they're withholding nearly all of Covid data while Fauci demands we trust the Science®.
As I previously stated, this lack of transparency led us to use foreign data to help piece together the true Covid picture. Scotland was one such place. Their vaccine data was broken down by every level of jab, and it showed us that things are not as we are told. Case, hospitalization, and death rates were higher for the double jabbed than the pure bloods.
Daniel Horowitz's excellent piece on Scotland's sudden data censorship goes straight to the point.
"The common thread observed from these trends was that the unvaccinated had the lowest case rate, the double-vaccinated had even higher death and hospitalization rates, and the triple-jabbed gradually had increasingly higher case rates, which clearly doesn't portend good news even for hospitalization and death in the long run."
The Glasgow Times reported, "Public Health Scotland will stop publishing data on covid deaths and hospitalisations by vaccination status — over concerns it is misrepresented by anti-vaxx campaigners."
Apparently there are too many Daniel Horowitz’s in the world looking to expose the data for what it is, THE TRUTH!
Our CDC has been doing this the entire pandemic. It is not a mystery why they opted not to include us. They fear that anti-vaxx campaigners will reduce the efficacy of their propaganda, as though being hesitant about a rushed, ineffective product automatically turns a person into an anti-vaxxer.
Anecdotally, I recently had an asymptomatic case of Covid myself. Even with two jabs, I found a way to become infected, transmit the virus to jabbed loved ones, and they too became symptomatic. I'm not alone, and the brief window that we had data from Scotland shows that I'm not alone.
The CDC's house of cards would come crashing down if they allowed the information to reach the public domain. That's why they treat basic nationwide health data as though it's classified military secrets. Who knows what's underneath the rug. They won't even let us in the house.
Curious what kind of data may be filed away Area 51 style? Look no further than the CDC’s own recently published study. According to the study, hospitalizations of children dropped during the pandemic compared to 2019. The only reason we are seeing this data is because they’re trying to spin it as a win.
“Pediatric emergency department visits ‘declined sharply’ during 2020 as compared to 2019. During January 2021 and January 2022, emergency department visits remained lower when compared to the period prior to the pandemic.”
A critical thinker may look at this information and wonder why the CDC still recommends children wear ineffective cloth face masks, by the CDC’s own admission, at all schools across the nation.
“The research suggests that COVID-19 preventive measures may have played a role in bringing down the transmission of other respiratory viruses as the proportion of visits for non-COVID-19 respiratory illnesses among the three age groups declined.”
Unless they can spin the data, it goes back under the coconut shell. It couldn’t possibly be that Covid-19 is less dangerous to children than every influenza season on record; the reduction must have occurred due to our extraordinary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Just like Kim Jong Il’s golf record, the CDC could not have done a better job with their guidance and handling of this pandemic; at least, that’s how the CDC feels.
In the absence of transparency, citizens must rely on each other to find and share information. I hope this article has helped you understand why data transparency is so important, especially during a pandemic. The next time you hear someone say "trust the CDC," remember that they have been anything but transparent in their dealings with Covid. Instead, demand better from your government and subscribe to our blog for more updates like this one as we continue to fight for truth and accountability.
